Feed Additives
Information on the feed additives for poultry can be obtained here.
BioPlus® 2B consists of living micro-organisms (spores), which are fed to the animals in the feed. They produce their effect in the large and small intestines, where they help to regulate the animal's own intestinal flora.
BioPlus®YC - The new generation of the reliable BioPlus® 2B stands for the next generation of enzyme producing microorganisms. The core features are improved nutrient utilisation and active gut stabilisation. In consequence a higher and more definite level of performance is achieved in specialised animal production.
GalliPro® is a probiotic feed additive consisting of microorganisms which are ingested as spores via feed and develop to vegetative germs in the gut. They care for a healthy and resistant gut flora.
Multi-enzyme concentrate from Aspergillus niger. GMO-free, enzymatic additive for the breakdown of non-starch polysaccharides in mixed feeds.
Multi-enzyme concentrate of Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma longibrachiatum tailored to the animal category and the substrate, specially for poultry feeds rich in wheat and maize.
The feed enzyme of the latest phytase generation.
Phyzyme® is the first phytase (6-phytase) of bacterial origin with a very high efficiency level. It improves the availability of phytate-bonded phosphorus and other nutritional feed components.
Special enzyme pre-mixtures (liquid, powder form) for a wide range of applications, containing PhyzymeTM, the efficient phytase of the "new generation".
Betaine anhydrate (the active ingredient in Betafin®) is a natural plant extract derived from the sugar-beet, which is classified as a feed additive in the functional group of "Vitamins, pro-vitamins and chemically well-defined substances having similar effect". Betafin® is authorized for use in feeds for all animal species.
The name BioKey® stands for the group of high-quality trace and macro elements.
Acids are added to the feed for preservation purposes. They reduce the pH value and the acid bonding capacity, and thereby reduce the germ level in the feed. When ingested by the animal, the pH level in the stomach is reduced, which increases the pepsin activity and consequently the protein digestibility.
BioTox® is a mycotoxin adsorbing agent and consists of various silicates combined with extracts of the cell walls of a yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). This ensures high efficacy against a wide range of mycotoxins.
