Technical Sales Manager LATAM (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to strengthen our team in Brazil, Sao Paulo in the LATAM region. If you want to develop in a family-run and truly global company, this could be for you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Technical and commercial support for the LATAM sales team and customers
  • Actively participate in the development of products for the LATAM region
  • Market observation, preparation, and realization of sales strategies
  • Development of technical protocols (research centers, universities, and customer evaluation) and technical articles (magazines)
  • Preparation of technical events and participation in national and international events
  • Field visits with the commercial team
  • Close cooperation with the product management


Your Qualifications

  • University degree in veterinary Medicine, Zootechnics, agriculture, or animal nutrition with a master´s degree in animal production, doctorate desirable
  • Minimum five years of experience in the feed industry with good knowledge of animal nutrition and animal health
  • Technical experience in the monogastric production sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of teamwork, organizational skills, and initiative
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, seeking opportunities
  • Capability of working independently, setting priorities and organizing work effectively
  • Flexibility, open-minded nature
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
  • Spanish intermediary
  • Willingness to travel in Brazil and Latin American countries (rd. 70 % of the time)
