Biochem on this year’s TotalDairy Seminar

At the beginning of July the international TotalDairy Seminar took place in Stratford-upon-Avon under the motto „Implementing the best practice to maximise return“. The audience, a mixture of dairy farmers, veterinarian and industry representatives, was offered an interesting and varied program, where news and current researches were presented and discussed.
During the seminar Biochem was represented with a scientific poster. Under the title “Combination of live yeast and hydrolyzed yeast improves performance of lactating dairy cows” results of a field trial with Biochem’s Probio-Sacc® 2G were presented. The trial data show the positive effects of Probio-Sacc® 2G on milk yield and rumen pH-value. Therefore the health and welfare of lactation dairy cows could be supported.
