The four enzymes in TechnoZyme Multi—amylase, protease, xylanase, and phytase—have been shown to improve the nutritional value of poultry diets. Xylanase targets the arabinoxylan fraction of dietary fiber found in many ingredients, such as cereal and vegetable protein meals.
