Communications Manager (m/f/d).

We are looking for a Communications Manager to join our global marketing team on a permanent, full-time contract. In this role, you will create and deliver engaging communications for our employees, the media, customers, and industry stakeholders. You will work across departments to uncover compelling stories that strengthen our brand presence.

This position is eligible for hybrid work in Germany, with three days per week in Lohne. It reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Crafting and publishing engaging content in English and German for internal and external audiences, including social media.

• Building relationships with local, national, and international media and industry stakeholders to enhance brand presence and awareness.

• Identifying and developing compelling stories that resonate internally and in the market.

• Collaborate with Sales Support Managers across regions to ensure brand consistency and effective local execution.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in communications, journalism, or other relevant discipline

• 3+ years’ experience in corporate or marketing communication.

• Know your way around Microsoft 365, including SharePoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.

• Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for newsworthy content.

• An interest in agriculture and animal husbandry.

• Confident team player and communicator across various levels of the organization.

• Proactive mindset – you challenge yourself and the team to find the best solutions.
