Employee Export (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities:

• Transportation planning (truck/air freight/sea freight/express services) nationally and internationally, incl. negotiation of price and delivery conditions and final checking of invoices

• Creation and preparation of all necessary freight, customs, and accompanying documents, including invoicing

• Processing of letter of credit transactions

• Communication (by telephone/e-mail) with customers, customs authorities, and logistics service providers

• Close cooperation with our sales department at inland and abroad, and all upstream and downstream departments

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade manager or forwarding manager or comparable qualification

• Good knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Good written and spoken English skills

• Independent, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working
