Employee Logistics EU – Order Processing (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Receiving, processing, and tracking incoming orders from our customers, including handling complaints in close coordination with Quality Management

• Preparing all necessary shipping and accompanying documents, including invoicing orders

• Transportation planning and booking (primarily trucking and express services) for national and international shipments

• Communicating (by phone/email) with customers and logistics service providers, sometimes in English

• Working closely with our sales teams in Germany and abroad, as well as all upstream and downstream departments

Your Qualifications:

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (ideally with several years of professional experience)

• Proficiency in using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Good written and spoken English skills

• An independent, analytical, and goal-oriented approach to work
