Graphic Designer (m/f/d)

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling sales and corporate materials that resonate worldwide and tailoring them for local impact. Your Responsibilities:

• Creating product sales material hand in hand with product management.

• Adapt marketing material to local needs and different customer touchpoints.

• Developing design solutions focusing on clarity, design, and branding.

• Contributing to and creating corporate marketing items in various languages.

• Sourcing stock imagery to adapt and edit into print and online content.

• Collaborate with Sales Support Managers across regions to ensure brand consistency and effective local execution.

Your Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and desktop publishing.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Premiere Pro)

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines

• Video editing & creation skills is a plus.

• Comfortable with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint.

• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German is a significant advantage)

• A genuine interest in agriculture and animal husbandry will help you connect with our mission, products, and customers.

• A confident and articulate communicator, comfortable collaborating across various levels of the organization.

• Proactive mindset – you challenge yourself and the team to find the best solutions.
