Ready to make a global impact with your design skills? Biochem, a family-owned global company in the feed industry, is seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic global marketing team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling sales and corporate materials that resonate worldwide and tailoring them for local impact. Creating product sales material hand in hand with product management.
Adapt marketing material to local needs and different customer touchpoints.
Developing design solutions focusing on clarity, design, and branding.
Contributing to and creating corporate marketing items in various languages.
Sourcing stock imagery to adapt and edit into print and online content.
Collaborate with Sales Support Managers across regions to ensure brand consistency and effective local execution.
3+ years of experience in graphic design and desktop publishing.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Premiere Pro)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines
Video editing & creation skills is a plus.
Comfortable with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint.
Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German is a significant advantage)
A genuine interest in agriculture and animal husbandry will help you connect with our mission, products, and customers.
A confident and articulate communicator, comfortable collaborating across various levels of the organization.
