Technical Sales Manager - Andean Countries (m/f/d).

Applicants for this position should be based in Colombia.

We are looking for a driven and strategic Technical Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial operations across Latin American markets. Based in Colombia, this role will be instrumental in executing our regional sales strategy, building strong partnerships, and driving growth in the veterinary and zootechnics sectors. The ideal candidate is an adept communicator with a knack for data-driven decisions and excels in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate commercial operations across LATAM, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies

  • Develop sales and sales channels in the region to drive company growth in the LATAM region

  • Partner with the regional sales team to develop and roll out initiatives that boost revenue growth

  • Maintain CRM systems, providing accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards

  • Act as the primary liaison between sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Facilitate the onboarding, training, and performance management of distributors and key accounts in the veterinary/zootechnics market

  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and address risks

  • Contribute to regional budgets, business plans, and impactful stakeholder presentations

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional commercial/legal regulations


Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, Zootechnics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in sales coordination or commercial operations, preferably in the veterinary or zootechnics B2B sector in LATAM

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese and German is an advantage

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools

  • Strong B2B negotiation skills with experience managing distributors and key accounts

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, multicultural environment

  • Willingness to travel extensively (> 50% of the time) across Andean countries and Central America

The Technical Sales Manager Andean Countries (m/f/d) will report to the Regional Sales Director LATAM, Mr. Paulo Ricardo Lima de Oliveira. The employment relationship is based on a consultancy agreement.
