Technical Sales Manager - Benelux (m/f/d).

We are looking for a person to strengthen our presence in Benelux, who will be responsible for selling innovative feed additives and be part of a dedicated small commercial team, with strong technical support from headquarters in Lohne / Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operational market development in Benelux

• Market observation, preparation, and realization of sales strategies

• Strong technical support for a wide range of customers

• High-level communication with nutritionists, integrators, and purchasers

• Close and professional collaboration within a small commercial team

Your Qualifications:

• University degree in agricultural, nutritional, or veterinary sciences

• Preferably with 2 or more years of commercial experience in agribusiness, animal nutrition, or the feed industry

• Customer-oriented, proactive, seeking opportunities

• Strong communicator and relationship builder - extroverted personality and team player

• Ready to travel and visit customers on an integrator, premixer, and feed mill level

• Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

• Enjoy working in an English-speaking team of different nationalities
