Dr. Susanne Rothstein
Dr. Susanne Rothstein holds a background in agricultural science with a focus on animal nutrition from the University of Bonn. She completed her PhD at the University of Göttingen, where she researched insects as an alternative protein source for fattening pig and broiler nutrition. Since 2019, Dr. Rothstein has been part of Biochem’s team, serving as the Global Product Manager for Organic Trace Minerals. In this role, she supports customers around the world as a trusted expert in organically bound minerals.
