This certification sets high standards for buildings and equipment, as well as for storing, transporting, processing, and documenting. Modern Equipment.Our control center manages the production and mixing processes—it’s the heart of our production department. Here, all data is aggregated and statistically analyzed. A specially developed blending program automatically controlled all processes. This ensures precise blending ratios. To maintain the high level of accuracy and safety we demand for our products, our micro-dosing system accurately weighs vitamins and trace minerals. Our modern warehouse is temperature and humidity controlled to ensure the integrity of both raw materials and finished products. This allows us to provide you with the freshest product possible.
Our state-of-the-art filling equipment ensures a flexible and seamless production process. We produce highly effective products that can be filled in container sizes ranging from a 100 g sachet all the way up to 1,000 kg big bags. Our new automated liquid filling system, various label printing and dispensing systems for different custom labels/packaging, and new blending equipment for batch sizes up to 6,000 liters make our production fit for the future—without compromising safety or quality.
