Biosprint®

Biosprint® is an EU-registered live yeast from the strain MUCL 39885, used in ruminants, horses, and many other animal species. Biosprint®’s active fermentation promotes positive ruminal and intestinal microbiota, leading to pH stabilization in the rumen and digestive support. This results in improved health and performance.

Product Benefits.

Modes of Action.

Our effective range of feed additives and dietary feed supplements are specifically selected and developed to support animal health and productivity.

Oxygen Utilization

Oxygen-utilizing yeasts foster a healthy gastro-intestinal environment, promoting cellulolytic and lactic acid-utilizing bacteria, which improves feed digestion and minimizes acidosis risk.

Competitive Exclusion

Outcompeting other germs for resources such as nutrients, space, or binding sites. This mechanism reduces the risk of non-beneficial or pathogenic overgrowth.

Immune Modulation

Microbial molecules stimulate immune function resulting in better immune regulation, response, and defense. Overall, this enhances the resistance to harmful bacteria and related infections.

Application Method.

Product Description.

Biosprint® is a powerful EU-registered live yeast product based on Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This highly effective feed additive supports the digestive system of ruminants but is highly effective in many other animal species such as horses, swine, and pets.

Biosprint®’s unique formulation delivers high-dosage, stability, and activity to support the development of beneficial ruminal and intestinal microorganisms, optimizing fermentation in the rumen or in the colon from other species like horses.

Biosprint®’s method of action can be easily seen in ruminants. By consuming oxygen in the rumen, Biosprint® promotes an anaerobic environment. This has several positive effects on ruminal microbiota. Biosprint® promotes the growth of anaerobic, lactate-degrading, and cellulolytic bacteria. This stabilizes rumen pH, reduces the risk of subacute ruminal acidosis and other metabolic disorders, and improves fiber digestibility and increases feed intake.

With increased bacterial protein production and short-chain fatty acid synthesis, Biosprint® significantly improves milk yield in dairy cows and weight gain in beef cattle. This high-dosage formulation ensures a high colony-forming unit content in the feed and rumen, providing a potent and reliable effect while maintaining product stability.

Biosprint® is a versatile and effective feed additive. It supports rumen and intestinal fermentation processes, the development of beneficial microbiota, and promotes animal health and performance in a variety of applications and species.

Key Facts You Need to Know About Antibiotic Reduction

Key facts you need to know about antibiotic reduction
