Biochem Achieves 75 Points in EcoVadis Rating and Reaffirms Silver Status.
Company increases performance in Ethics and Sustainable Procurement categories.
LOHNE, Germany – August 25, 2026 – Biochem scored 75 out of 100 points in the latest sustainability assessment by international rating agency EcoVadis. With this result, the German feed additive specialist retains its silver medal status and remains among the top 15 percent of evaluated companies globally.
The rating evaluates corporate performance across four core themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. The score improvement came from gains in Ethics, which rose from 74 to 76 points, and Sustainable Procurement, which advanced from 69 to 76 points. Performance in Environment (78 points) and Labor & Human Rights (73 points) remained consistent with prior-year levels.

For upcoming reporting periods, Biochem is focusing on refining quantitative targets and aligning reporting frameworks with international standards. This initiative creates a structured foundation to provide relevant ESG metrics along its supply chain.
