Obituary for Michael Blömer.

It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to our dear colleague, authorized signatory, and friend, Michael Blömer, who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at the age of only 55. 

Michael was a defining figure in our company for more than 18 years. He joined us in 2007, energetically built up the financial accounting and human resources departments, and was appointed authorized signatory in 2011. Most recently, he was a member of the management board responsible for human resources, legal affairs, and administration. 

He was a valued confidant to many. He stood for a culture of listening and mutual understanding and had a lasting impact on our corporate culture. We have lost a fine person and a reliable colleague who will be remembered for his energy, but also for his sensitivity and straightforwardness. 

He leaves behind a deep void. Our thoughts are with his wife Nicole and his children Arne and Jule.
