Product Benefits.

Modes of Action.

Our effective range of feed additives and dietary feed supplements are specifically selected and developed to support animal health and productivity.

Passive Immunity

Before gut closure in newborns, immunoglobulins are absorbed through the intestinal wall to provide immunity for the first weeks of life. Drives the maturation of systemic active and passive immunity.

Lactic Acid Production

Multifunctional organic acid that contributes to overall health by supporting a balanced gut microbiome, intestinal integrity, and immune homeostasis.

Competitive Exclusion

Outcompeting other germs for resources such as nutrients, space, or binding sites. This mechanism reduces the risk of non-beneficial or pathogenic overgrowth.

Bioactive Substances

Colostrum contains a high proportion of bioactive substances such as growth factors, immune and antimicrobial factors that promote physical development and overall performance.

Provides Energy

Animals require high quality energy in times of reduced feed intake, or during resource-heavy processes like growth, production, recovery, or high stress to remain in a positive energy balance.

Targeted Support

A targeted combination of vitamins and/or minerals can support various metabolic, hormonal, and immunological processes in times of increased demand and compensate possible deficiencies.

During the first few days of life, calves face two major threats—the failure of passive immunity transfer and diarrhea. With its specialized combination of ingredients, Calf Protector addresses these two issues. With its easy and fast application, Calf Protector is the perfect way to support your calves during the critical first few days of life.

Calves are born without effective immune protection. This means it is critical for these calves to get good quality colostrum within the first hours of life. Calf Protector paste contains B.I.O.Ig to provide an effective, high-quality supply of immunoglobulins for passive immunity support. The bovine colostrum used in Calf Protector is sourced from controlled BHV-1 free herds, ensuring a continuous BHV-1 free status.

The unique combination of four probiotic strains rapidly colonizes beneficial bacteria in the young animal’s intestinal tract. This promotes a diverse and positive gut microbiota, which helps to reduce the incidence of diarrhea and prevents digestive disorders.

Calf Protector has, as its base, medium-chain triglycerides for an easily digested, quickly absorbed boost of energy. Calf Protector is recommended for oral administration during the first hours of life. It is especially beneficial for premature, less vital calves or twins. Keeping Calf Protector on hand will help you be prepared for calving.

Calves need support—give them a healthy start in life with Calf Protector. Its unique formulation supports a calf’s immune system, establishes beneficial microbiota, and supplies energy. Calf Protector is formulated to ensure optimal starting conditions—critical for successful and efficient calf rearing. Protect and nurture your calves with Calf Protector!

The weaning transition is a critical window for piglet development. When feed intake drops, gut integrity follows, creating a cycle of poor performance. Our latest research explores how the umami-rich profile of Kluyveromyces fragilis provides a stable, natural foundation to maintain appetite and support immunity during this high-stress period.

BetaTrace®: Securing the Future of Dairy Performance with Rumen Bypass Betaine.

Standard betaine is often lost to rumen degradation, limiting its ability to support transition cows when they need it most. BetaTrace® overcomes this challenge by complexing betaine with organic trace minerals, allowing it to bypass the rumen and effectively support liver health and metabolism.
