Pathogen Binding

The binding of Mannan-Oligosaccharides to cell surface structures of gram-negative pathogens reduces their ability of epithelial attachment and increases their elimination.

Reinforced Intestinal Barrier

Strengthening of mucosal linings by supporting tight junction formation, immune response, epithelial regeneration, and mucous secretion. This mechanism prevents harmful substances from entering the blood system.

Stimulation of Short-chain Fatty Acid Production

Short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) like acetic, propionic, and butyric acids are crucial for physiological processes, impacting gut and immune homeostasis, as well as brain, lung, liver, and bone health.

Immune Modulation

Microbial molecules stimulate immune function resulting in better immune regulation, response, and defense. Overall, this enhances the resistance to harmful bacteria and related infections.

Strong Epithelium

Product Description.

TechnoMos® Intense is a premium yeast cell wall prebiotic derived from primary-grown Saccharomyces cerevisiae, specifically developed to set new standards in pathogen control and animal performance. By combining an advanced autolysis process with a uniquely optimized formulation, this high-purity, dust-free product ensures consistent quality without undesirable off-flavors. It serves as a multifunctional solution designed to support intestinal integrity and promote optimal livestock health and well-being.

At the core of its scientifically proven mode of action is a high-purity composition rich in mannan oligosaccharides (MOS) and immune-stimulating β-1,3/1,6-glucans. TechnoMos® Intense operates through a highly effective lock-and-key mechanism. Its structural components bind to the Type 1 fimbriae of gram-negative pathogens such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella spp., neutralizing them and preventing their attachment to the intestinal epithelium. At the same time, its exceptionally small particle size maximizes the active surface area per gram, enhancing pathogen adsorption efficiency. The product is highly stable during pelleting and exhibits outstanding dispersibility, with zero sedimentation after mixing in liquids, enabling a wide range of application methods.

This targeted modulation of the gut microbiota delivers measurable production benefits. By binding pathogenic bacteria and also promoting the production of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), TechnoMos® Intense helps lower intestinal pH, creating favorable conditions for beneficial microorganisms such as lactobacilli and bifidobacteria. The result is improved microbial balance, enhanced gut health, and optimized nutrient utilization.

TechnoMos® Intense offers flexible application across multiple species, including poultry, swine, ruminants, and aquaculture. The standard recommended inclusion rate is 0.5–2.0 kg per metric ton of complete feed, depending on species, production stage, and management objectives. Developed to meet the requirements of modern animal production systems, it is fully suitable for use in organic and non-GMO feed programs.
