Receiving, processing, and tracking incoming orders from our customers, including handling complaints in close coordination with Quality Management
Preparing all necessary shipping and accompanying documents, including invoicing orders
Transportation planning and booking (primarily trucking and express services) for national and international shipments
Communicating (by phone/email) with customers and logistics service providers, sometimes in English
Working closely with our sales teams in Germany and abroad, as well as all upstream and downstream departments
A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (ideally with several years of professional experience)
Proficiency in using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good written and spoken English skills
An independent, analytical, and goal-oriented approach to work
